    ok m8. i,ll try another image on it and see if it picks it up .
    is it a bird?......is it a plane?.....NO ITS MY CHEAP CLONE FROM CHINA GOING OUT THE ~~~~ING WINDOW.

            Not sure if you guys are using the Pli image but they had a problem with one of their images not recognising hdd.

                I've got a Cli image on mine at the moment,I had pli until i got the hdd but will try others out and see.I'll reflash with the hdd in and see what turns out because the box was already running cli and i just added the drive.
                I'll keep ye posted.
