DM500 Re-flashing

I need to reflash my 500 with the DK image.

I've tried following the same procedure as when I originally flashed it, but the upload bombs out.

Do I need to do a Flash Erase before re-uploading the image?

try using dreamup its the most reliable may to flash

Then try flashwizardPro. There are several flash programs that can be used, so if unsuccessful with one then try another.

erase the image 2or3 times and then try a reflash
i have also heard of people having to restall the original image first before they could reflash
