DM500 TRANSPONDER SCAN

Hi has anyone experienced after a scan the green tick next to lock not staying constantly on and the lock tick also disappears and comes back if i continue whilst both lights on i get nothing please enlighten me is it more of an internal problem than software related all connections are solid also ive tried all images

Manual search

the same thing happening when i do a manual search. My guess is very weak signal. mine is at the most 50. funny that when i choose brutesearch it locks the signal. maybe a signal booster solve it.

hi guys i just thot i would let yous know no i went round to my m8's last night to have a look at his 500c . he's was getting about %65 for his signal. and i unpluged his spliter and it went up to %98 and all his chann worked after that fine. he was getting some before but not outhers.
