Hi just put a cable tuner in my box which was a sat box before , can any one tell me which is a good cable image to flash box please thanks mial

If you don't you will get No Ca Found

You will need to do a scan before you get auto bouquets to work because you need a working channel.
When you exit out of tuner congig make sure you exit out of steps and not bands as you will get a scan with errors.
Once the scan has finished find a working channel and run auto bouquets with your area or next best thing at the top.
Then you will almost be ready for the thing we cant talk about
