dm500c problem

hello people , i got a dm500c which i flashed with a image sum1 gave me ,which is already meant to have the keys done.

i think the image is orginally the dk 1.1 , however when i scan it finds all the channels but only fta work .

i held the info button for 3 secs and the cam that shows up is hypercam.

have you tried restarting the cam,in bluebutton options,then let it update on sly one

male sure evocam is turned on. If it is and still no picture on pay channels then you may have put the fix files in wrong folder?

can you have access to your box via ftp? if you can tell us what you have there and we'll be able to help you, maybe the roms aren't in the right folder or different cam, are, etc. Have you tried reloading the image? sometimes it doesn't download properly

hello , well i was looking for an image that doesnt need no ftp , as my ethernet cable has broke , so some guy gave me his img , which i flashed with dreamup , i scanned and it found channels but jus a black screen .

tried that , its just stays black , only fta chans r working .

If you flashed with Dreamup, you must select 'NO' to Flash Erase! otherwise roms and keys will be deleted!

Just rescan and see does it only hold on to working ones, if not you will have to delete all channels and rescan!
Do not do 'Factory Reset' on box as it will go back to just free to air channels!
