DM500 probs

ive just got another dm 500c, ive copied everthing from my other dm 500c on to it, so they are both the same, but the one just got keeps freezing , say on some channels no service , even if i plug it in the same cable point, any ideas anyone?

Dreambox freezing

This has be happenng in Ireland since Thurs Night, comments from phester might help under " dreambox freezing since thurs", i dont know if this will help

right ive took the lid off my dreambox and there is a broke component inside its a black thing with copper wire raped around it with the number 331 on the top of it, dose anyone know what it is and where i can get 1 from?????

have you checked your mate's box? this could be normal, some pcb's have different tracks and they need other components...

Dont thing you will get one mate, only way is a scrap board or send it back to supplier!

been lots of places trying to get 1 this morning with no luck, so look like a new box, so is it DVBMonkey.com or DVBSeller
