message on dreambox

hi my dreambox says all know transponders have been tried but no lock was possible verify antenna/ cable setup or try another satellite/network.


at plug in it also states switch service could not be found.


please can u help

what you saying means the unit is not recieving any signal. Is your line split at all? if so try testing the unit plugged into the cable line without any split on it.
