Few packages are freezing

HI,

I have one problem since 2 days. All channels are working fine but few channels freezing a lot. Once it got freeze, service did not restore. Than I need to change the channel and than again come back to same channel and than it starts working.
Note that channels having these issues are I and V highlighted.

obsolescence already at that time was rather rare!
