Telnet gone wrong!!

Hi All
Just used telnet to flash my dm500 , flash erased but then could not find image to flash to box forgot to put ftp image to temp first (what a tit). Is there a way to flash the box using only the serial and null modem cable? I cannot connect using the crossover as the ip has changed. If I use Dream up it waits for a response from box .

I am using dreamup but the program will not go further than waiting for response fron the dreambox, that is why i am asking if the box can be flashed with serial only i cannot telnet to the box as the ip addy in no longer known

you dont need to use a crossover cable with dreamup, Just a null modem cable, untick the use network option (if you have it ticked).

Yeh done that mate but nothing, i wiil see if i can find a different version of dreamup.
