db 800hd question

ok guys. im gunna buy an 800hd for cable and a sat tuner card so i can swap round if i want. can i back up the whole image for cable then use a sat setup(cams and stuff) back this up when finished and reload the cable image?

so i would use cable monday to friday, then sat on on saterdays

got kind of same setup man,
yes you can do that but thats the easy part what about changing the tuner everytime you wana switch between sat and cable ,
if you really cant live with one(cable or sat) would advise to save up for 8000
