anyone of the PRC suppliers such as aliexpress,Mixeshop etc...

Just a quick one is the only way to get my HD back is to change to cable tuner .Or is there a upgraded sat tuner available for my box

Afraid not for what you want without going into any great Detail only a Cable tuner will do
