HELP PLEASE NEW COMMANDO IMAGE ON DM500C

Flashed new commando image onto DM500C added necessary extra files scanned and all channels cleared.Switched box off then back on only FTA cleared.Rescanned again all channels cleared switched box off and back on only FTA clearing any advice greatly appreciated.

re flash again using null modem cable and then plug the box, use the latest commando 15d image, once image loaded try setting your location via blue button and it may sett your bouquets or do a scan off your net id, im sure it will give you an option in services
