DM500 flash setup

Hi guys,
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ive just bought a dreambox DM500, connected it all up and then realised it needs flashing as all the channels apart from BBC are locked.

Now, Im abit of a simpleton when it comes to dreamboxes so it would be greatly appreciated if you could point me in the right direction of a) what software i need, and b) how do i go about flashing it.
