DM800SE Tuner Failed again and again Help

Help is needed i am having problems scanning for programs . I have tried 3 different images now and im not getting any where at the minute i have done a reflash and i am using image open pli 4.0 for dm800se
My screen is now showing tune failed. My Tuner is a Philips CU1216MK3 DVB-C . Automatic scan does not find any chanels .
If i change the requency while doing a manuel scan it finds just a few chanels . I Have FTP Autobouquets c2 in to the right folder and there is a cable xml file in its right location .

Make sure you have a cables.xml file for you area in etc/tuxbox folder.
Also make sure your tuner configuration is set up to see it and read it.
Should scan with no problem then mate.

There is cables .xml file in the tuxbox folder but not sure what area it is for . Where would i get cables.xml file for my area from i am in West Yorkshire Bradford
Update i have found these settings for my area Bradford W.Yorks TW 40961 539.000 6.952
I have done a scan and found over 500 chanells all not working just the FTA
I Then FTP a new xml cablefile in to the correct folder that i downloaded from Digital Kaos
