DM800HD se Mini flashup button doesnt work

I've got the error: "BIOS no ca found". Tried to reset with mini flashup button but no success. Than I tried to connect PC <-> Dreambox with miniUSB-USB but doesnt get the virtual com port. Does anybody know how to get it? Now I only have "? Dreambox" in Device Manager. My PC is a win 7 64bit. Please
