is there any tool that includes all software needed to deal with dreamboxs ? i am talking about alll in one tool ,

You could d/load full working image & flash to box (choose correct area)
My advice is to read-up on guides, & learn how to flash images & F.T.P.
fixes to box, as if working image not for your area will lead to problems with
scanning.
