    DM800 VM Cable splitters

    Hi,

I have a VM box in the front room and there is a splitter attached to feed the Dreambox in the back room, which also comes off a splitter. If i try to watch BBC HD it is pixilating and intermittent sound. If i remove the DB cable from the splitter in the front room and attach this directly to VM box on the wall ie, not going via splitter in the front room picture is perfect.

I have had the VM box replaced and at the time the VM guy changed the splitter in the front room at the same time. Since then i have had all types of problems like channels being slightly off frequency so to speak, as if you need to fine tune the signal.
All was fine before the VM man fitted / replaced the VM box and splitter.

If i need a splitter how do i determine which one(s)
    Cheers Harpo

      Signal booster

You might need a booster box to make signal stronger, I did to run three boxes now running five.
