    Snr/ber

    On my dm800 HD C , the snr rate is 38, but the BER is zero. Is this a normal setting?

    That's more than good enough for a decent pic mate if its 38db.
    Start to worry when its below 30 db.
    Now if its 38 snr that's rubbish that's another problem.

      SNR = Signal to Noise ratio the higher the figure the better

      BER = Bit Error Rate the lower the number the better Zero being optimum
