db keeps freezing

hi guy wonder could anybody help with this problem i have got 2 blackboxs cable from dvd seller both boxs have the dk imaige on them but one boxs keeps freezing then after a few minutes it reboots itself tried reflashing and still no joy, the other box works no problem on the same feed in my room,even changed to pli imaige still the same, any ideas

It sounds as if ya tuner is on its way out m8......Also try flashing it with a diff image than the DK 1 2 see if it dont reboot

If it still does that then its a tuner probs

If you have tried reflashing different image using Dreamup and null modem cable and it still does the same. Just send it back to dvbseller as faulty and get it replaced.

you could try taking a backup of the working box using dreamup. then flash backup onto non working box.....don't forget to say NO to flash erase when putting the backup onto other box with dreamup

have tried all which was suggesed i have fitted a 12db antnator on and be watching over 1 hour been ok but the box is only 1 week old i wonder should i send it back if its a tuner prob any way how much does it cost to send it back to china anybody no

Would be worth trying a different power supply, had a few dodgy PSU's causing diff problems including same as yours.
Def worth a try!
