DM800 Just setting up some help please?

Hi, sorry loads of questions

Just got me DM800 and flashed Niablo blackhole 10
with dreamup.
Q why does it take box soo long to boot from powering up?

No cam installed yet but have Evocam ready.
Q where do I put it when using FlashFXP and get it to install?

No EPG for any channels.
Q how do I correct this?

Q where do I put the Picons file and how to install please?

how's it going with the DM?
I'm thinking of investing in one myself for use on c@ble - any hints or tips would be appreciated i.e. images, flashing, setup etc...
