    EPG

    Hi got no epg when this happens I go to plugins and run cross epg downloader and it resets ok done this today and it starts to download and starts to go through the set up in seconds and returns to plugins tried several times and same results can anyone help please its a cable 800 hd pvr using a pli image thanks mial

      Having a recent problem downloading EPG. I have enigma2 Smirnoff version, all was fine till a month ago. But now when I try to update epg, I get the usual chugging of gears and update msg's on screen but nothing actually happens. Anyone ellse having similar prob.?

          replace the Crossepg providers with these working ones

              thanks for this mate... but still not updating EPG. ..replaced current providers with new ones in zip folder u attached but no joy.

                  Had exactly the same problem for the last 3 weeks or so, also got a dm800hd.
                  Tried all updates available, all epg plugins I can get my hands on.
                  Tried the last resort of factory reset, and total reinstall...same thing.
                  Altho, I managed to get the basic channels up with sky movies ...until I restarted..hehe.

                  When I go to plugins/epg update and restore..it just tells me it can't find any download links.
                  Merlin epg only gives me the FTA channels so clearly it has a download link to something!
                  As does Crossepg, and every other plugin I have.

                  It's simpler to just buy the TV guide.. ho bloody ho.
