Question related to SH

I recently purchased a dreambox. It is working but once in a while I get a scrambled message followed by ICAN login successful message.

So if this dreambox everyday access ICAN then SH can easily find my house using IP trace right? i.e they can check who all are accessing ICAN address and trace the house. So is it easy for them to track?

Everything is possible. The ISP can track you down if they wish to. This is very similiar to those recent movie distributors who wish to hunt down the illegal movie downloader, This boil down to the economical benefit of the legal tussle, or the loss of revenue due to the use of illegal boxes.
