Request for Latest Bouquet with channel freq-SH

Does anyone have the updated list of prog for SH channels with Freq? Need to manual scan the freq, thanks for your help in advance, if you could pm me the csv or excel file.

Blkbox hd c600, it has the original channels in it, but not the extensive one. Word is that if you do a auto channel scan, it will mess up all the channels. So we had to do a manual scan by freq, so there are a lot of new HD channels, and i need the freq so we can manually add it. Even the new FTA channels like okto has been added. I managed to get the freq for that to manually add it to the bouquet. So yea, i need only HD channels and its freq, cos only HD channels are worth watching. Ill be grateful if you could pm me the list.used to own a dm800hd but dead N3
