EPG Slow to update

I always power down my Dreambox every night and do not leave it on.

Consequently on switching back on sometimes the EPG takes a little while to come back, sometimes 10 - 15 mins.

Is this a consequence of powering off at the mains or is there an update/fix that I need?

Any help and info greatly appreciated.

this will slow down the epg. i do the same but normally mines is ok after about 5 minutes. is 10-15 mins that bad though? in comparison to other boxes the dream epg is the rolls royce version.
