Hi There, I didn't do any research before hand, I was just itching to buy and was just dazzled by DBV's prof looking web site so I purchased from them. 7 dya wait delivered via P/force 4 EMS. Only had the box a short while and (touch wood!) no prob's yet.
Look back through the posts on this section as there are some gem's out there...the bellow one was very very insightful.
Advice on Buying Dreambox & Avoiding Customs
After trawling through the old post, if you can't find the answer for yourself, work out who seems to know and then consider sending them a PM asking simply asking which seller do they use.

I had a 500C delivered from Ubattery.co.uk, Your Professional Laptop Battery Expert about a week ago. Turned up within 7 days as stated and all working OK so far.Comment

just an update
i ordered on 16th October (friday) and received today 24th October (Sat), so 8 days total or 5 working days. Box in A1 condition, they despatch the 500c box in another cardboard box slightly bigger in size, so well protected. Customs sticker says "$20 Gift", its is now all up and running, only thing they dont give is batteries
tuner is the new f-type screw and comes with a rf to ftype connector.
all in all, very impressed!Comment
