DM800HD keeps saying tuned failed

Hi guys,

can the pros shed some light on this issue. Both boxes that I own are showing the same errors.
Tune failed for any channels that I am trying to scan to. even for FTA.....

What is going wrong? Is my antenna cable not meant to be going to the back of my DM800HD?

You will need the tuner configured for your network. I assume that you have a cable box and you're trying to receive cable, you will need the tuner configured for cable.

Yes you are right, its cable. Can you explain more?

FYI, it has been working fine for more than a year, just lately it starting acting up. Got another box and still same issue.

2 boxes doing the same would suggest a signal issue. Has your cable been disconnected by the cable company. Could be you've been moved to a lower tap if you sub to Broadband only.
