Hi I'm quite to all this stuff but the other day none of the channels were working on my dream box including free ones and stupidly having no idea what I'm doing, I did a satellite scan hoping it would update and fix the channels but instead it has removed everything from all my bouquets rendering my dream box useless. Is there a way to undo this and bring back all the channels please. Thanks.
