    DM500 channels stop

    have db 500c every 7 or 8 mins channels stop working unplug and plug in again channels all back 7 or 8 mins channels go again using dk image help please

    has to be a feed problem m8 . r u using a slitter ?

      thought that have had it working other places ok put got phone call say that it was cutting out after so long will have to go and set up myself and i hope you mean splliter because the wifes in bed

          i had the same problem with mine m8 it seems to be the tuner in mine when i messed about with the f connector input it stopped cutting out try the splitter first though b4 u open your box..

          hope this helps ps im pmsl bout the slitter

            Is yours a clone box ? if so i have had this before too and it seems to be as said earlier the tuner causing problems squeeze the tuner connector so it gets a good connection to the cable, if this does not help check your signal strength as i have found if its to strong i get freezing on my box, if all this fails try a difrant image.
