RTE One freezing in C*rk

Strange but Ch*rus in C*rk is freezing / crashing my DM500 n RTE one. its not a signal thing its the audio lag unresponsive remote. But RTE one is not encrypted ( i think) shines a different light on the cause. It cant be a decrypt issue on behalf of the cam but something else

It also freezes with no cam running. hmmm unencrypted channel not being displayed correctly with non cam running by the Dm500 any one confirm it is happening on a dm600?

same here with a dm500c in Cork area. Also E4 getting froze. If you keep pressing the last channel button it comes back eventually. Any solutions?
