DM500 Partner Box Setup

Hi

What is this Partnerbox setup in the DK image?

Im pressuming I can use this to record from my DM500C onto my DM7000 hard drive? & if so how do I set it up?

Or if this is not the case is there a way to record onto my DM7000 from my DM500?
