    DM500c freezing mad

    Hi all,
    i've got a DM500C working with gemini image and evocam 2.12 in Cork area and lots of channels are freezing, dave, rte2, bravo, etc.
    Is there any fix for this? has anyone got an image working for this area that i can get?
    any help is appreciated.

      well, channles are still freezing. I'm looking in the sticky sections but the images for the dm500c are having the same problems. Anybody found a solution for this?

          There is no solution to it at the moment.
          The PID keeps changing and the 500c cant lock on the channel properly.
          UPC are changing the Cork cable network over to N3 at the moment.
          New cards are being issued to customers so the freezing will be the least of your worries in a few months time.

              so if a few months the box will be useless...
              Is there any particular date? or they are doing the upgrade by areas? N3 hasn't been cracked anywhere yet (as far as i know). They did the upgrade in Spain about a year and a half ago and nobody can do anything to crack it.
              Anyway, it was good while it was there...

                  customers have received cards 3-4 mts ago while its true they are upgrading cable in cork , i think the mmds areas will be ok for up to 6 mts heres hoping , will you try dk image or dwautoroll image and see if it helps i have both working fine at the moment

                      yeah, i might try with dk image. I suppose the one v 1.1 should be ok. Does include the cam and keys? or do i have to ftp them manually?
                      I'll do an image backup just in case.
