DM500 channels diminishing

500c has been perfect but of late channels are decreasing (blank screen with service not available) and scanning doesn't help.

I am in east london (virg*n)

have you checked the signal strength on the missing channels

Just checked signal strength of missing channels and the signal is erratic. What should I do?

The good ones are stable at SNR 95% and AGC 38% BER 0 but the lost service ones eg Good Food +1 are hovering between AGC 59%-70% BER 60%-64% BER 16545 and this is on 3 boxes on different streets/addresses.

Any theories???

Thats deffo sig problems but weird @ 3 diffrent addy's ? was that with your box @ 3 addresses ? or with other boxes.

Did you solve this as I am in Kettering and noticed there was a channel missing so done a Bruteforce for UK scan and now other channels like Sky Sports 1 & 3 are missing but getting sport2 & extra!!
have rescanned 3 times now but still the same.

3 different boxes 2 different addresses (next road to mine).
It is only a minor issue really (bravo 2, good food +1, home +1, living2 +1, watch +1) because 99% of the channels are perfect.

I just lost espn and espn classic.signal dropped to 68% on both. done a bruteforce UK and checked all sevices and nothing. EPG is showing the Arsenal v Fulham display but no pic...
Had no other channels die though
