DM500 dm500s is it a brick or not

hi you good people,
i am have a problem with my dm500s, its frozen , black screen & a green standby light stuck on, i have tried to flash it at least 6 times now, still the same, i have used a jade 3 images & a jade 2 image,
somebody tell me where i am going wrong???,

Your box is probably corrupted. You need to load an erase image to clear the box or alternatively load the DMM image to clear the box than flash an image of your choice on tyour box.

Yer,I've had to do that a few times myself.

Load the official DM image then reflash with your chosen image.
