    DM500C backup and flashing problem

i've got a DM500C and the ethernet connection doesnt work so the only way to flash it is via the RS232.so i used dreamup to backup the complete image with AU fix and bouquets from my downstairs box which is up and running but when i flash the box and reboot from my backed up image the screen is blank.

i did notice that when it says " flashing from memory" the green bar along the bottom doesnt appear and then it moves on to STB and flash erase.

i would have straight flashed it with DW_2.1 with the AU fix but i no longer have it on my pc.
whats the best way to sort this ? or does anyone have external links to a AU fixed image .please dont post up a file.

If you're flashing a backup up with dreamup, when it asks if you want to flash erase after flash, select NO.

there's a big button under the "FLASH" button says backup.hit that and name your new image.

does this refer to when making a backup image or when flashing a backup image to another box thanks
