DM500 Bouquets xml

Sorry if this has been covered before. I have downloaded my local services and bouquets as .xml files and have read all the threads about ftp ing them to the DK1 image. Problem is that I can not find a .xml file to replace.
I have all the channels and bouquets are available at the press of the blue button but do not contain anything. When I try to manually edit I am given the option to press "UP" all the way back to where I started

XML files are used on the Dbox2, not the dreambox. The services and bouquets files on the dreambox have no extention.

Thanks Devilfish I get it now. It seems a bit long winded compared to uploading the .xml for Dbox2. Is there a dreambox alternative to one file ftp?
