Ive lost my channels. Help!!!

Hi guys, i know that this going to sound totally naive but my cable dreambox(500c) was working fine and all of a sudden I've lost all channels except BBC1&2 ITV, C4 & C5. I cant even get the freeview stations like BBC3. A mate mentioned that virgin changed the encryption & that I'd need new keys or a new image.
Can anybody here confirm that this is the problem & offer a solution.

Any help is much appreciated.

not sure how old your image is but this key thing happened 3 months ago

You dont say what image you are using. Dont panic try going into the blue button menu there should be an option like emu management and restart the cam. The changes were in mid april i'll assume youre box has been working scince then.

I think we need more info with this problem, I presume it has work fine since the big change a few months ago, and if so there has been a key roll a couple of days ago. My screen went blank, but all I did was change the cam via blue button and bingo all came back within a minute.
So can you give more information and we will try to help
