DM500 image id

hi all sorry for being a pain, no doubt you have already been asked this a million times but has iam new to this i would like some advice pretty plz,

when i power up my dreambox i have two screens a dreamworldz version 2.0 , then a smaller window saying evocommand v2.12 which is my image???
and when i need to update do i delete the old image b4 installinf teh new 1 ??

please advice

himate, the dw2.0 is your image 2.12 is your cam if your putting new img on box put to factory setting and put in dk 1.1 which is best. hope this helps.
