no channels

I am trying to help a friend. he is moving from Birmingham to Lichfield his dreambox 500c gets all channels in Birmingham but none in Lichfield. he has a cable box that works in lichfield so the signal should be there. he has done a scan it finds all the channels but they have a signal strength between 65% and 70% which i know is to low can anybody help thanks in anticipation

Looks like the line into the house is too weak. Get a booster to strengthenv the feed. Or get virgin out to test the line for him.
