hi guys my m8s box is down but mine is ok we live in the same are all his FTA channels are working but nothin else

set up is dw2.1 with all updates and roms installed any ideas ???

all u can do it blue button and restart cam and see if that helps .. l take it he pays subs ?

yip m8 done that restarted cam and he does pay subs also the epg is working and snr and stuff is ok its just really a black screen on p*y channels
