    DM500 Windows 7

    Before i start ripping my hair out at the first hurdle. Has anyone flashed a dream using the telnet method on Windows 7??

    Its a long time since i've messed with my 500c but i can't even get them to network??

      no telnet with win7. use putty.exe.

      i managed to do the lot with flashfxp and dreamup. just right-click and run them as administrator.

          telnet is turned off by default go to control panel -programs-turn on-off windows programs

              Do as challah says to turn on Telnet in W7, will flash ok with no problems. Or you could use dreambox control centre DCC) to telnet & ftp etc..
