DM500 Why do all my keys disappear?

Over the last couple of days the keys in one of my boxes (I have 3) have been dissapearing totally.

I know there is a lot of rolling going on in T/W areas at the mo, but this doesn't happen with my other boxes.

It's only takes a couple of minutes to re-key in the lines...but it's a pain in the behind.

Anyone know why this is happening?

are your other 2 boxes exact copys of this box if not make a backup of the working boxthen flash the non working box with it
