DM500 No picture

Hi everyone,
This is my second dm500c box from dvbmonk, i seem to be having problems receiving premium channels. i have installed the latest image, all the magic files are in the correct places but i'm only getting channels like BBC1, etc. i waited 10 mins on bbc1 then went to ss1 and press info, selected run but no picture has come on. Please advise i'm not a an expert in this field so simpler the better for any solutions.
I'm located in w yorks.

If you were in Eire, ng3 is on the way and you will not receive the premium channels.

Any ideas why i'm struggling 2 receive premium channels?

Did you run the evocamd

Yes it says starting evocam but screen still stays blank

Whats the latest image you installed , also I would recommend you stay away from dvmonk, I buy mine from DVB seller, never had prob yet.

U got me on that, mate has imaged it 4 me, he is a member on here and he has told me he has used the latest image.

Are you sure you have the latest k#ys installed? And that the emu is active?

Also you say you have a second box is that up and running?

Call me thick and i am, can u give me more info regarding emu? not sure what u mean. No 1st box had 2 be returned because sound had gone so this is a replacement

The emu is what you put in var/bin/emu.
It will say evocamd or mgcamd or whatever emu you are using?

Edit: Just seen this you are using evocamd as your emu.....

Then it must be the k#ys that you are using...
