    Working Image

    Hello All,
    Please can i have your support reason being i have a working image that i backed up from my DM500c and placed onto a friend of mine who has the same box as me DM500c I flashed my working image which is DK 1.1 to DM Box and i connected his DM box to my connection and it worked no problems at all however when he took his box to his house which is a couple of miles away from me all he gets is a black screen i live in the UK S/E.

      He obviously did a 'RESCAN' when he connected up in a different area, yes??

                  As Swiftie asks, is he getting FTA's, is it locking onto valid transponder,if not its a bad connection! if he has fta's it might be just a matter of restarting cam!

                      before you applied the image to his db was his connection at home valid or is this a new box you hust got, and it works at your house but not his and even a scan doesnt detect any channels, so one can deduce your mates cable signal in his house is the problem.

                              Yes the connection was valid and i tested his box for a weekend just make sure all the channels were working

                                  Hi all
                                  Still no joy i have tryed all the transponders within are Area and still no joy.Any suggestions?however when he plugs his normal box in all works fine picture there and channels however his DM box is not picking up anything except a blackscreen as i mentioned i tryed and tested his box on my connection and works fine.

                                      Is there any splitters attached to the main feed in home, if so take the splitters off and connect it to the main point coming in from the outside.
