its not the fact that u guys are using clones. i have an original box and having no luck getting evocam working.

i have searched the forumes and tried the files that a helpful user posted but still no luck getting evocam to clear.

how do i actually check if evocam is started? i see no processes for evocamd.

this is the error i get when trying to run it manually

          root@dm800 ~ # evocamd
DEMUX DEVICE: No such file or directory

          I am using PLI JADE3 on a DM800 Original

I've experienced the same randomly with mgcam. got PLI image and genuine dreambox.

I had a stage where it would freeze every couple of mins, I uninstalled mgcamd and then downloaded it again and it seems a little more stable.

Can't get any version of evocam working on the box with the current image, it gives an error about demux and file / path not found.
