    loss of channels

    hi
ok i switched from a dbox 2 to a draem box at the weekend very pleased with what i have seen so far working with the new dk image which is very easy to navigate (well done kaos) but i do not have the same amount of ~~~~ channels as i had on the dbox i have them all but it is the ones with no signle or just the promo screen i tryed a scan but nothing is there anything eles i need to do oh yes after the scan i restarted the box and only fta channels came back i had to re start the evocamd is this a normal thing. also i am a virgin glasgow customer i noticed that there was 2 cable sections on the scan but it only found transponders on one of them so thats the one i used is this correct .

sorry for the spelling and sorry for the 3 questions in one
if any one can help that would be great.

quickest way if you have both boxes is backup your services on your dbox2 and convert them to enigma with 'bouqueter' or similar software and then send to your dreambox

or do a search on missing 6952 adult and ppv help on here, sure there is a full step by step for how to add them manually using wordpad somewhere,,

and perhaps there had been a keyroll??, sometimes it just needs a wee restart, most of the time it doesnt,
and yes only picks up on one symbal rate,,, and from reading this im guessing will be 6952
