DM500 loosing picture in 3 sec intervals

been having issue with box 500c now for 24 hrs, constantly loosing picture for 3 seconds then back on get the blue screen on tv and unable to change channel or access menu when in this mode but if i pull power supply and let it reboot its ok aslong as i dont change channel

any ideas

hi,try changing your image mate,sometimes they go corrupt.

solved issue by doing factory reset as recommended by devilfish in previous post, have absolutely no idea why i had problems but the factory reset done the job
