low volume on dm600c

hi,im using the pli ite img on my dm600 with the volume set to full,yet i hav to turn my tv volume to nearly full to get any decent sound out of the box.i also have a dm7000 and dm 500 but they seem to be fine.i have checked and changed my scart connector and also tried using a rgb connection but the volume is always low,is there a fault with my box?

I also had this problem I changed the scart and used the colour cable and it was fine sorry dont know the name for the colour cable.

I have a 600 box mine is quiet to i just turn TV up loud.
