DM500 no sly sports after scan

i got mine and my bro's box here.both have lost sly sports 1 over the past few days .ive scanned using selecting "my area" / "bruteforce UK" / and a "manual transponder" scan but it still doesnt come on .
eveything else is there.
what am i doing wrong ?.

try deleting sky sp 1 from your all services then do a scan.

just done that but no sign ,,,i eventually tried all the diff ways.the last scan picked it up when i selceted "CableUK SYMBOL 6**** "

that was after i tried
manual scan
home town scan
bruteforce scan
CableUK symbol **** was the only way.
