sky sports not working?

hi there, ive not had any problems with my dm500c tilll now. it started today, but i cannot get sky sports 1. i can get every other channel. any ideas would be appreciated.
also i have heard a rumour the VM will be scrambling between now and christmas and this will affect some boxes. will this affect a dm500c?

I've just fixed this problem on my DM 500-C

Delete the missing channel from your channel list and re-scan.

Restart the box and the Channel should be back up and running...

Just do scan mate, they are always changing transponders.

How do you delete the channel from your list?

Bring up the Channel list and highlight the Channel which isn't working...

Press the menu button on the remote and scroll down to delete and press ok.
