Hiya Guys
been a while
ok so I du02 running latest vix 4.1 got a cable tuner what does qam256 mean as I have few selection qam126 and others lower numbers
which do I select for scanning
ive got my net id and symbol rate for my area just what does the above mean and is it channel related will I get more channel's on the lower numbers or is it for my area ?

If you are using vix, I would use auto bouquets maker . just choose netid and it will scan for channels and put in correct order
